I dont know how many calories...

Hello. I have this question about calories...in the app should pmwrite down every snack and meals...BUT if i make some salad with chicken and paremsan and 5-6 more ingredients OR if i eat 1 bowl of meat soup, then i i know how much calories it will give to me? It can vary 300 to 600 calories for a meal and how i can count this...this exact calories monitoring seems so stressful...

    It gets easier over time because it ends up copy and paste for most days.

    With your salad, you can weigh the individual items for an exact calorie amount, then save the meal for easy retrieval later. Or if you can't weigh, do you best to estimate, then save the meal. That becomes your recipe for the future, and it only takes a few clicks to enter for your meal tomorrow.

    You'll note you can also adjust the individual entries as needed. No tomato today? Delete that. Extra cheese today? Make it 1.5x whatever you had before. And so on.

    I've had good results from pre-portioning meals after I cook. If the yield is 4, then pack your leftovers in 4 containers.
    If you're improvising like your salad example, in time you'll learn how to estimate. If you're really doing rough guesses, the greens are free. Learn to measure or at least estimate the amount of chicken you're adding. ALWAYS add dressing with measured tablespoons. Dressing and added cheese are the fastest way to mess up a salad. This may seem overwhelming, but with practice It isnt too hard.
