Hiiii everone! New member here and with a lot of motivation! Trying to find my best version! Crossfit girl, runner and gymrat! But food and wine are my weak point, trying to find discipline and see better results!! Food recommendations and advice are welcome!! I was with a nutritionist with whom I achieved my goal but it is not a goal that can be maintained in the long term, I try to find what is the best for me and a lifestyle!
