I’m not sure about why the calories is not right.
Below are my macros so far
Protein 152
Carbs 156
Fat 74
So my calories should be (152*4)+(156*)+(74*9)=1898 but the app shows 1920

Foods are entered into the database by members such as yourself.
There are many input errors. If it bothers you it is possible for you to edit individual foods to align the calories and macros. Go to "Help" on any page to see the How To.
You're within 22 calories. Hard to say which is incorrect, the macros or the calories. Could be one, could be both.
It's impossible to find a database that is any closer than that...heck, individual apples will vary by that much due to growing conditions.

My question was not with respect to food and its incorrect entries. I was asking about the calculation error. When I add a food entry, is expected to add the macros and the calories are calculated based on the macro. Incorrect macro might lead to wrong measurements but basic calculations should be correct.

MFP does not calculate calorie counts based on macros. It adds up calories on the one hand (based on the calorie number of the food database entries) and each macro separately (again based on the food database entries).1
