    Eat more and lift weights?

    You’re going to have to give us more than that. What’s your current workout plan like, how many calories are you eating and protein percentages, your age, how long you’ve been training etc.

    I could tell you that increasing your snatch pull weights and pausing on your cleans will increase strength, but if you’re not a weightlifter that’s pointless advice 🤷‍♂️
