Anyone doing IF? Which time frame works for you? What results have you seen?

    Not on purpose. If I eat when I'm hungry, it's often 16:8. Works for me.

    IF is strictly for those that utilize it for calorie control. Your overall weekly caloies determine whether you lose weight or not.

    If IF causes you to consume fewer calories overall then it's beneficial. If it doesn't then it's a waste of time.

    If you enjoy a certain eating window for convenience then it's fine.
