Account erased

I woke up this morning and my account was erased. I was in the middle of my free trial month. I wasn’t due to be billed until October 8. Now had me sign back up and charged me anybody know how to fix this?

    Silly question but are you sure it was erased? I haven’t run acrost that question before.

    I do, however, get asked to sign in every 🤬 time I use the app, or get dropped while using it and have to sign in again.

    It’s one of the very, very irritating things about MFP.

    Could you have simply been signed out?
