What's your weigh- in day and why?

Hi All,
I just thought I would ask you guys this question since my choice had a "motive" behind it.
The day I chose is Friday. Why, you ask? Well, because if I mess up on the weekend, which is my hardest days, I will
have 4 days to do damage control. ☺

It may be a good idea for me to weigh on Mondays since it may help me to stay on the right track.0

I've always weighed every day, it's a habit now :-)0

every day0

@Naomi0504 Do you fluctuate a lot or is it a daily loss?0
-
I try to weigh just on Saturday but I usually can't help myself and weigh daily. Sometimes it goes up if I have had a lot of sodium but usually it is a daily loss.0

I weigh in on Mondays because MFP tracks Monday through Sunday as a week. That way I know where I start each week at and how successful the previous week was.0
-
Everyday at 03:00am (before eating, excreting) and after my final meal (usually between 22:00-23:00)0
-
Every or every other Monday AM, because MFP goes Mon-Sun. I used to do Friday.0

I weigh in every day, throw it in to a spreadsheet and track my 15 day moving average. If I go up on one day I always look at that average and as long as it's going down I'm happy and know I'm on the right track.0

I weigh everyday. It helps me not freak out over the ups and downs that can happen due to other things (hormones, sodium, etc.) because it's only one day. Helps keep me sane0

Sunday mornings only...
If i weighed myself any more and i would go crazy. It is better to make sure I track calories immediately after i eat.
But in saying this i kind of wonder if i should be weighing myself more often. I should be losing 1 - 2 lbs a week. Two measurements ago I lost no weight and I was a bit sad , but in my last weigh in I lost over 4 lbs! so I am back on track again .

You definitely caught up. Good for you!0 -
I weigh in on Monday mornings, then I set myself up for the week. If I mess up it can be at any time, not just the weekend. Though I dont consider it to be messing up or cheating as yes I want to be fit, but Im human too and my day doesnt revolve around food or exercise, I have a life too lol0
