So let's say I am trying to input a chicken breast. How can I change the serving size gram? Chicken comes in all shapes and sizes and the chicken I am using defaults to 100g. I am trying to make sure I have an accurate count of what I am eating.

If you search for chicken breast to add, a lot of them specify in ounces and calories. That may not be what you want. Ignore the entries that don't even specify weight. If you search for "chicken breast 100 grams" you can find a lot more useful entries. Or if you search for the brand you bought, there may be an existing entry for that. If the numbers are correct but the serving size isn't what you want, you can fix that easily. As with all database entries, check the nutrition info first to make sure it's accurate enough, then add it.
In your diary, if you actually have 120g serving, then change the diary entry to 1.2. Or maybe it lets you select 1g as the serving size, then change your entry to 120 of that.1
