Heart rate question...

During my workout yesterday I walked at
125 bmp on the treadmill for 20 Mintues
150 bpm on the bike for 10 Mintues

For my age (28) my target heart rate should be 96 to 163.
So my question is which was better the workout? Do you burn more calories when you heart rate is higher?
