Right now my goal is to get down to between 172 and 173, and hold that weight until 2 weeks before the WEIGH OUT. Then fasting down to 169 for my final weigh out around November 1st.
When I weigh out I will be signing up for another 6% weight loss goal or something more drastic PERHAPS.
