Phone vs web browser food logging shortlist

To get a shortlist on your phone of foods you are tracking, is it better to intially record foods on your phone, or will browser entered entries appear as well?

What are the pros and cons of tracking on your phone vs your computer web browser? my niece told me just to use my phone. I was originally using both. (Previous user)
