I love body building sport I played it 5 time a week and i want to lose weight my weight is 115 kg , how body builder need protein each day and how much calorie burn

    A good protein target is .7g/lb of BW (1.5g/kg), so for your bodyweight a good target would be 177g each day.

    Calories per day will depend on whether you want to gain muscle or lose the fat currently hiding the muscle you already have. If you're asking how many calories does a bodybuilding session burn, the answer is usually small, only a couple hundred calories.
