I'm so sorry you are struggling with this. I am here to be a listening ear or provide support whenever you may need it. I don't have a diagnosed disorder, but I definitely struggle with compulsive over eating.

Are you in therapy? Have you done therapy in the past? I don't have a lot of experience with the treatment of diagnosed eating disorders. I would say #1, your focus should be on getting well spiritually, whatever that means to you, before you try to loose any weight.

Have you ever heard of or thought of attending an Overeaters Annonymous meeting? I think eating disorders are very much addictive behavior. You are eating compulsively and OA is for ANY kind of compulsive eater.

Here is a link with information about OA. http://www.oa.org/ I'm no expert, but I attend meetings regularly and find it super helpful with my binge eating. Please message me with any questions you have or any other way I might be able to help.

Things will improve. There is no other option but to believe they will and to just put one foot in front of the other in the right direction.
