I found this when looking for a bread recipe with extra protein.

It's delicious! It tastes almost exactly like Japanese Milk Bread or a rich, fluffy dinner roll.
Highly recommend.

    @Hobartlemagne Were you able to cut the loaf into 18 slices per the nutrition facts? Curious how many slices it made for you?

    Not exactly. I went with 11 slices to fit the thickness Im used to. I used the proscribed 9in pan.
    My wife and I follow very specific bread specs.
    We basically never make sandwiches, and always eat toast at breakfast.
    I typically cut slices about 5/8in thick.
    I mostly bake bread in a 13in pullman pan, and cut into 16 slices. That amount is easy since you cut the loaf in half, then that half in half, etc...

    So, the concise info is: If you have a 100g slice, its 261 cal, 10.5P, 40.9C, 5.3F. Thats excellent protein for bread!
