How can I add and save my food so I can just click on it when I need to re-add it to another meal?

In the Android app, you can tap on the 3 dots under a meal to save the foods as a meal for later use.
You can also copy meals direct from one day to another one by using the three dots menu, but then you're limited to copying to a 5 day period (day before yesterday through to the day after tomorrow).
For single foods, you can use the 'Most recent' or 'Most frequent' list.0 -
This is probably not part of the problem, but if you've added the food to one meal (say breakfast) and now want to see it as an option for another meal (like lunch), check the filter setting for the recents/frequents.
