Hello! I'm Cheryl
I've dieter since I was 16. I'm now 55. I want to learn to eat without guilt or shame. I don't want to think about food all of the time! I'm always going up and down in my weight. I want to learn how to stay at a healthy weight and not be obsessed

I am also 55.
The word diet has been removed from my life. I focus on making eating healthy a way of life. I don't eat processed foods, I don't drink alcohol, I don't snack between meals, and I count my calories.
I don't take cheat days. Once you start eating a real food balanced diet you will stay fuller longer and be able to control calories more efficiently.
I walk 1hr per daytime permitting. I don't lift crazy heavy weights either...2
