Finding time to exercise!

I’m up early to walk the dog, feed the dog and by the time I’m done meal prepping it’s time to go to work. I’m on my feet and when I get home I’m tired and I need to rest my feet.

It sounds like you’re already quite active - so what extra exercise do you want to try to fit in? Can I ask what your aims are? We might be able to give you some ideas with a bit more info.

Exercise doesn't have to be a single 60-minute block of time. Studies have shown that the same 60 minutes, broken into smaller chunks and spread throughout the day, can achieve a good percentage of the same benefit.

Mini-workouts during lunch breaks, coffee breaks, smoke breaks, a couple minutes between meetings, parking further from the office to require a longer walk to/from the car, all add up.
