I’m up early to walk the dog, feed the dog and by the time I’m done meal prepping it’s time to go to work. I’m on my feet and when I get home I’m tired and I need to rest my feet.

It sounds like you’re already quite active - so what extra exercise do you want to try to fit in? Can I ask what your aims are? We might be able to give you some ideas with a bit more info.0

Exercise doesn't have to be a single 60-minute block of time. Studies have shown that the same 60 minutes, broken into smaller chunks and spread throughout the day, can achieve a good percentage of the same benefit.
Mini-workouts during lunch breaks, coffee breaks, smoke breaks, a couple minutes between meetings, parking further from the office to require a longer walk to/from the car, all add up.0
