I am 24 years old 5’ 9” and 178-180 pounds. I do like the weight that im at but I wouldn’t mind being around 165 but definitely not any lighter than that. I burn about 2500-3000 calories a day. I don’t have trouble losing weight but I do have trouble burning the lower belly fat that I have. What are some tips you guys have. I have recently been eating every 3 hours and 180G of protein eating about 1800-2000 calories a day. Just started a couple weeks ago. Just want some more insight. I do also have trouble sleeping

You can’t just burn belly fat alone, it will come off in time. You have to just keep dieting down. If you don’t have trouble losing weight it will eventually come off, but there’s really no way you can target it.1
