Have got a patella femoral pain syndrome (PFPS) what exercise I can do to help that and also toned up ?

I think you need to see a specialist sports physio - advice from random people on the internet could be harmful.
That said, any exercise you can do which doesn’t cause pain will be good. Stuff like swimming or water based exercise is good for injuries, non-loaded stuff like gentle exercise bike might be okay (but I have no idea what the knee pain you have is or what it’s caused by), and even upper body weights in a seated position could be fine.2 -
