Linking apps

Hi I am trying to link my pt app to MFP and I can't seem to do it..the app is called my pt hub! When I go to link it it all goes well until I hit the authorise button and it just goes to a blank screen and nothing happens!!

I went into mfp desktop and seen there's lots of apps you can get the ine I am looking for is not there....can we add apps?? I am so confused as its matching up my accounts but just not working! I have looked at my permissions and they are all good (I think) so very confused!!
