Hi, I am wanting to track my calcium and will update my usual foods if calcium not included. Can I change setting to grams? And how dors the daily % work? What is the 100% level calculated on. Appreciate your time in answering. Cheers Anita

I realise it is based on 2000 calories, which is pretty impossible to work out because food is working on RDV needed not calories.0

It isn't based on 2000kcal for micronutrients like calcium.
MFP uses the 'Dietary guidelines for Americans': https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032626031-A-Message-about-MyFitnessPal-s-updated-nutrition-goals
Not sure whether it has been updated - the article talks about the 2010 guidelines.0
