I am trying to set goals in Myfitnesspal for a high protein/low sodium eating plan. The low carb is one I would also like to include as a reminder to keep sugar count low as well. How can I set these specific goals in Myfitnesspal? I want to have 122g protein and under 2000mg sodium. This is for health reasons and recommendation by the doctor

You can set your macros in Goals.
I only use the web version, so let us know if you mean on the app.
On the web you can set your FOOD page to show sodium instead of the default settings which don't show sodium. Then you can just watch it through the day. That would be under Settings from the FOOD page.0 -
In order to set macros to exact grams, you'd need premium MFP. If you only have free MFP, set your macro percents to give you the closest thing you can get using the 5% increments. Since it's not essential to be exactly exact on every single macro every single day, it's fine do hover around your actual goal number - above a bit one day, below a bit the next, that kind of thing.
If you're using the phone/tablet app, the Goals option is on the More menu. Look for then Nutrition heading there. The macros will be the Calories, Carbs, Protein and Fats Goals link, and the sodium is under Additional Nutrient Goals.0
