Best place for a margarita in San Antonio?

I'm on vacation. I'm not a big drinker, but I do love a good margarita. But, I want it to be a darn good margarita. I like them on the rocks w/lots of salt. We went to San Antonio last year and on my quest to find a decent margarita on the riverwalk, I actually ended up with what was probably the worst margarita I'd ever had in my life. So disappointed!
So this year, I'm asking - any San Antonio drinking experts on here that can point me in the right direction? Massive bonus points if the establishment also has a decent vegetarian/vegan menu, but I realize that those two requirements are usually mutually exclusive, perhaps even moreso in Texas :-).
