For 85 kgs 5.3 ht how much should be the calories intake and how much should burn in a day?

To get a calorie goal, put your information into your MFP profile (More menu, Settings section, Profile and Goals sub-sections in the phone/tablet app; Home tab, Goals sub-tab and Settings sub-tab/Update Diet/Fitness profile link in the web browser version of MFP. In the web version, you can use "View Guided Setup" option on the Goals page to make it easier.) Tell it you want to lose a quarter to half kilo per week, and it will give you a calorie goal.
