On my way

I have lost 72 lbs since February. I'm 6' 1 " and currently weigh 252. I started my weight loss program in February at 324 and My goal is 200. I simply use MyFitnessPal to watch my calories, fat, carbs and protein. My dailey macros are set at 1650 calories, 80 carbs, 89 grams fat and 130 gram of protein. I lose 1 - 2 lbs per week.

    Great job and your macros seem right on target for a sensible loss/week. MFP certainly is a great help in making sure we get what we need. I'm also on a higher protein/lower carb diet and using MFP keeps me honest!!! LOL Keep up the good work!
