I am unable to see my calorie change. Why?

Is your calorie goal already 1200 if female, or 1500 if male? That's the lowest MFP will give a person as a goal. If you're at that level when pursuing 2 pounds a week, but have relatively low maintenance calories, you could still get that same minimum number if trying to lose 1 pound a week.
I wouldn't expect your maintenance calories to be that low, though, unless you're moderately small (height/weight), not very active, and maybe not very young. If you gave us more details about your calorie goal and your demographics, we could maybe give you a more personalized answer.0
