Hi everyone I just started this morning. So far I’ve been doing good…I hope to lose weight so maybe my aches and pains will subside. I just walked the track near me and I am so out of shape!! Hopefully this will improve also. Wishing everyone a good week!!😊

My aches and pain for sure subsided a lot when I lost weight. There were many other benefits along the way, and a goal, too - some of which I would never have anticipated.
