Looking for support

Hi, new to tipping my toe in calorie deficit after years of struggling with my weight and being brainwashed by WW.
Lots to lose and lunch is my weak point as I really struggle for something quick and filling.

    How are you with water, protein and/or healthy fats? One of those 3 may be the key to helping you get through lunch on diet and feeling good.

    I am new to calorie deficit as well. I just started today and have been hungry at times but I am almost to the end of the day. Best of luck!

    Stay strong. Take it one day at a time. Don’t be afraid to experiment with small changes. You can find something that helps you get through lunch.
