Hi, new to tipping my toe in calorie deficit after years of struggling with my weight and being brainwashed by WW.
Lots to lose and lunch is my weak point as I really struggle for something quick and filling.

How are you with water, protein and/or healthy fats? One of those 3 may be the key to helping you get through lunch on diet and feeling good.0

I am new to calorie deficit as well. I just started today and have been hungry at times but I am almost to the end of the day. Best of luck!1

Stay strong. Take it one day at a time. Don’t be afraid to experiment with small changes. You can find something that helps you get through lunch.0
