How to input Jillian Michaels DVD Exercise?

I don't own a HRM (yet!) and while I know I am working REALLY hard while doing her No More Trouble Zones dvd and sweating like crazy, I have no idea how many calories I'm burning or even how to get an approximate when entering it into cardio on here, because I have no idea what to classify it as! Can anyone help? How do you input difficult fitness dvds?
