Indian diet for weight loss

As I surfed all the content in the application for perfect all day diet chart for indian meals, but unable to find one.

Is there any ine in this community who can help me with a weight loss diet plan with 1800 cal per day

    Keep a close eye on the amount of oil used. I think a lot of recipes use almost double the oil actually needed.
    Dont overdo rice/paranthas/chapatis. The carbs and calories can be very high.
    Say yes to lots of vegetables.
    Say yes to pulses.
    Maybe reduce how much milk or cream is used in a recipe. Fat calories add up quickly.
