Need to lose 10 kgs URGENTLY

Hello. I need to lose 1 kg per week. (Total 10 kgs to lose)
On URGENT basis.
Kindly do suggest me how much I should take calories and how much I should do exercise.
Currently I am taking 900 calories and doing 1 hr cardio but unable to lose 1 kg in 1 week.

    That's not a healthful plan.

    Losing 1kg per week requires you to eat about 1100 fewer calories daily than you burn (in all ways, from just being alive - which is the biggest calorie burn for most of us - to daily life stuff like job and home chores, to intentional exercise.

    For many people, an 1100 calorie deficit might be achievable, but it won't be health-promoting for anyone under around 150-200kg to start.

    900 calorie intake plus an hour of cardio might get you there, but you won't see the results in a week or two: It'll take 4-6 weeks to see a reasonable average result. I see that your profile says you're female. For some women, 900 calories wouldn't even be a big enough deficit: Your maintenance calories (with the exercise) would need to be 2000 or above in order to realize an 1100 calorie deficit on 900 calories. Besides that, mostly people wouldn't be able to stick to a routine that unhealthful and extreme long enough to reach the goal.

    Why do you think you need to do such an extreme, punitive thing?
