Hi everyone 😊
My name is Tammy and although I have had an account for a long while it’s been quite awhile since I have been on plan. Work and its stress has had me derailed for awhile. So with retirement I want to get back to ME. That means being the best ME for my family. I have at least 50 pounds to lose.
Is there still a points/itrack bites plan? Or is it all calorie counting now?
Thanks so much for your response in advance. I look forward to returning and getting back to normal 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Tammy, I'm currently on my weight loss journey. Little over 50lbs started at the beginning of the year. I'm 53, male started at 270 down to 216. I have been using a mix of ifit training on an elliptical and diet. The calorie tracker MyFitnessPal pal has is pretty good works for me. My day to day diet is not to tricky so it's easy to track. It may take a little work to build the my food section of things you cook or bake. But the bar code scanner is pretty handy for that. It also connects to other apps like Fitbit so you can see you steps and workouts calories burned against your intake. I'm not sure this helps but it has been working for me. Chad0

Hi Tammy…..I’m in exactly the same boat as you. I need to drop about 50 myself (280 now), so hopefully we can figure all this out. I think Chad has the right plan.0

Hi Tammy,
You will do great. I just started back yesterday. (Retired for a few years) I plan to track calories and note every bite. I'm already consistent with exercise. That's easier with retirement! But I fell into "treating" myself too often. It seems overwhelming to face the amount I want to lose so I'm going to concentrate on keeping exactly to this plan for three weeks. I think that will establish good habits. We'll see in three weeks how much weight loss that equals.0
