Hello! I’m new here but have been logging in my food for almost 2 months. I’ve lost 13lbs so far🙌🏻 It’s been challenging. I’m halfway to my goal. Really love this app. I realized I was eating 2000-3000 cals per day, wondering why I couldn’t lose weight😂

    Hello,

    I just started up again, I did not meet any of my goals, well I did, but then I gained it all back. I always start off well, then fall off the wagon. so I am starting fresh and today is day 1 of logging. Its rough with the menopausal stuff going on
