WW members here double tracking for macros?

I've been a member of WW since 2018 and a MFP subscriber since 2017.
I logged back in to MFP today because I have a Premium subscription that cancels in March '25 and MFP partners with my Garmin.
I'd like to hear some of the pros and cons of double tracking. Too much work? One is better than the other? Cost prohibitive?

@trulypleasant I did double track for a bit, then cancelled my WW subscription at the end of its term because I realised how skewed the points system has gotten.
One day I logged a 1580 calorie day (eggs, chicken breast, salmon (skin on), lots of veg, chickpeas, no fat yogurt, fruit) and WW was telling me I still needed 19 points of food to get my "good job" blue dot for the day. Whaaaaat???
Double logging helped me to realise I don't need to be paying WW, and in fact, what it was teaching was actually nonsensical.
In the... I don't even know how long this time I was donating to WW, I was losing and gaining the same weight. I rededicated to MFP at the end of July, and I'm down nearly 18kg/40lbs!1
