Would anyone want to collaborate for fitness and meal plans?

I am a femboy (or at least an aspiring one) weighing in at 203.8, and standing at 5’9 feet tall, and I am hoping to talk about recipes, exercise routines, and other things including providing each other support! It would be ESPECIALLY helpful if this advice is to come from tomboys, or especially more experienced femboys such as me. Thank you!

    Hello, and welcome!

This group is not super-active recently, but I think it would be a welcoming place for you, maybe a way to find people on a similar course with whom you could become MFP friends then exchange DMs.

Despite any comments you may receive here that suggest otherwise, my sense from posting/reading here a long time is that most MFP Community members are more interested in talking about what we have in common (as people pursuing weight management, health, fitness), not very focused on being judgmental about other aspects of lifestyle. However, I'm cis female, so may miss some subtleties. :(

I might be a tomboy, but honestly I don't much think about image and roles that way. (NB I'm old, so pretty used to being me, whatever combination of M/F stereotypical behaviors that may involve. ;) )

I suspect your needs for weight management and fitness development wouldn't differ much from those of others of similar size. Sex at birth has some impact on hormonal profile, so can affect weight management and body composition, but there's overlap of the range between born-males and born-females in calorie needs and body composition.

People with similar goals tend to have more in common than different, so I hope you won't be afraid to participate in more general threads here.

    Best wishes!
