Getting back on track again

Hi I'm Kylee , I'm from NZ Mum of 6
I've been on my weight loss journey for a very long time. Tried all sorts of things, what I have found you have to do what works for you and make it part of your everyday life for it to work long term.
Being consistent and having support along the way. I have a close cousin and my husband for support. Also kids are great taking along on walks.

I've lost around 7kgs which think is about 14 LBs before joining on here.I have around 100+ LBs to lose
My plan is calorie deficit and prioritizing protein and moving alot more, try to get at least 4 walks in each week

    Welcome!

It sounds like you're off to a good start. There's some great tools here to help.

Some folks like to set some short-term goals to help. Have you considered coming up with a series of them to keep you moving in the right direction?

Thank you, I find the big amount of weight I would like to loss abit overwhelming so I'm looking at a goal of losing 5kg by Xmas is realistic. And reminding myself about NSV aswell which are great when scales haven't moved
