Introduction

Hi, I'm Stormy. Age 52. Living in WA State. Looking for support in eating healthy. I have a cruise in February 2025 and would like to improve my figure by then. I set a few target weight goals. I previously do good for a few weeks and then turn back to stress eating. I would like to loose 15lbs.

    I was looking for a longer term accountability buddy, but I'm open to helping you if you help me, even if it's just for a short time. Please send a message through to me if you'd like to connect. I'd prefer to meet on a video conferencing platform like zoom camera optional but if not whatever platform we can talk minus Facebook Messenger.
    If not, something that I've recently learned is to keep a craving journal. Everytime I have a craving, I write down the day and time and what's going on at that time, what I'm feeling before and after and what strategy I used to turn myself to something healthy instead of giving in to my craving.
    So for example the other day I had a craving and I wrote down the day and time. Then I wrote that I saw a candy wrapper behind my bed. I was feeling anxious and stressed before then after relaxed.
    I set a timer for 10 minutes, tried to meditate but couldn't and then went on the treadmill until the timer ended.
    Every week I review what cravings I had and what were my triggers. I think of ways I can overcome them and what's worked so far. I usually get help from the chatgpt AI.
    So far it's worked since I started but I still had one day when I lapsed.
