Help to grow and maintain muscle

Morning I'm over 50 and. Want to grow and maintain muscle and strength. I'm acute and work out 4 times weekly.

    Not sure what you mean by "acute" but welcome to the brotherhood/sisterhood of iron! Lots of us lifters here on MFP, some of us well into the "middle-age" years or beyond, lol.

    Did you have any questions how to setup a lifting program? Want us to double-check your current routine and give advice? Or do you simply want to wave a hand between sets as it were?
