Macros for new rules of lifting for women

For anyone on the program, what do you set your macros as? I know they go over it in the book, but im not really clear on it.

    I believe the general macros are 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. I've personally stuck with it since April and have done pretty well. I recently read an study about how women's bodies naturally hold onto carbs more so I just changed my percentages to 45/25/30 to see how my body reacts to that format. I've done good with the 40/30/30 format but not as well as I would like.
