New here just wanting some accountability and someone to motivate me and vice versa! I typically go to the gym at night and could use someone with more food knowledge or ideas than me!

    @DJLaroe Welcome. There are a lot of good resources here. There is a group that does nothing but discuss food. My current discovery is that Pickle have almost zero calories. If you post questions here people will normally chime in if you tag it right. Also click this: 3x0j2piuved4.png
    and you will know when you get replies or click it to a discussion you want to follow. @ ing someone also give a notifications. If you dont do one of those you often wont know you got replied to.
