This app is very unreliable

I have been a paying member of this app for sometime now and it is now coming to an end. Not because of my membership running out or my free trial coming to an end. No. Purely because the app is incredibly unreliable and I will be cancelling my membership. I can barely get past the log in screen 2 times a day. I go to open the app and I am left staring blankly at a rotating wheel for 5 minutes- and before you ask, yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, yes I have tried turning my phone off and on again, and yes, I have tried changing my password.
It is honestly so frustrating and I feel I cannot get any use out of the app and I am definitely not getting my moneys worth when I am barely on it!!!!

I hope this post finds the correct people who may be able to help me out before I cancel my membership, however if not then it will be a very sad day when I can’t use an app I have been for many years now.
