I need to track my glucose levels in conjunction with my food intake and exercise. has anyone been able to do that?

You can create custom metrics you want to keep track of on the website version (adding the data points once the metric is created can be done on the app too).
For extra metrics:
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/measurements/change
You can only add one data point per day per metric, so if you want to keep track of multiple measurements throughout the day, you'll need to create separate metrics: for example 'glucose 8AM' ' glucose 11AM' etc.1 -
If you happen to have a Dexcom G6 CGM, you can link that one to MFP through Google Health Connect, but only in the Android version of the MFP app at this time. Details here:

That's the only scenario supported at this time, I believe.
