Fit bit tracker won’t connect please help

I have tried everything. But my fitness pal will not connect to my Fitbit as it says it’s already connected to another MyFitnessPal pal account. Anyone else had this? And did anything work?

Too little information. Do you have a second account, for example computer and phone? Did you just buy this tracker second-hand and you did not reset it? Is there a connected mfp account on your fitbit profile?
