    That sounds like an achievable goal, although I'm not in love with the calendar as a weight loss tool. IMO, the big deal is figuring out new habits that not only get a person to goal weight, but help keep her there long term without constant micromanaging or hypervigilance. I'm hanging around here now after having lost weight at about your current age (around 50 pounds at 59-60), in long term weight maintenance (now age 68).
