What are the best snacks I can get from GNC?

Good morning! I am starting to get back into the gym after a long hiatus and I want to get back on track. I also want to eat a better! I was going to go by GNC later this week to get my protein powder but I wanted some good snack options for me and my husband as well.

GNC snacks are way too expensive.
Just buy them at the grocery store.
Lightly salted nuts and pork rinds are my go-to snacks, but Im mostly opting for a protein shake when I need a snack. Id rather have extra protein rather than extra carbs and salt.1 -
@ninerbuff works for a similar facility (don't recall if it's GNC, Five-Star, or someplace else), maybe he can chime in with an insider's perspective.1

I replaced my (third) hot air popper with a silicon microwave one from Amazon. It cooks a serving of popcorn in a couple of minutes with no oil, and makes huge fluffy kernels.
A serving of oil-free popcorn is 130 calories. It’s a large bowl versus a teensy serving of potato chips for 150 calories.
I’m not sure I’d ever have thought of GNC as my go-to for snacks. Aren’t they highly processed products?0
