Too much protein?

I have been going over my recommended protein amount often. Sometimes only by a little but other days by a whole lot. Should I be concerned about this or thinking about adjusting my goals?

    Is it mfp's goal or a custom goal? If it was set by mfp, it is a minimum goal, and is fine to go over. I custom set mine much higher because I aim for around 100 grams.
  • Ahh! Ok, that's great to know. Its a goal set my MFP, I didn't think it was an issue but wanted some advice.
