TDEE and breastfeeding?

Options
First, 5 different calculators, and 5 different TDEE calculations, using the same information. 5'2", currently 175lbs, sedentary (work from home at the computer), 30 years old. Results ranged from 1762 - 1873. Which end of that range should I go with?

Now, how do I factor in breastfeeding? Do I add it to TDEE THEN subtract percentage, or do TDEE-, then add back the 500? Baby is 5 months, exclusively breastfed.

I currently have it set at 1800 calories as a guesstimate and eat back exercise, though I've fallen off the wagon recently. Trying to get back on track now.

*For anyone diary peeking, I haven't been updating it. Days that only show a few things likely weren't completed. Yes, I know I need to complete my days. See comment above about falling off the wagon.

Im BFing and lost 20 lbs in about 2 mos. What I did was find my TDEE, minus 20%, and then add 400 calories. I got 2200 calories, which is what Ive been using. Im 27 yrs old and 5'9".
