    Evening ladies
Phew what a day..picked up Rich and we were up at Tracy and Kyles a little after 10 this morning. And Miles was wound up from the time we got there until we left at 4:30.. he is like a whirling dervish.. and the more that people showed up,the more wild he got.. I held Delia quite a bit so I didn't get the brunt of it.. but he wore us all out..hopefully he will pass out soon..
I ate small amount and if I gain a lb or 2 it will come off..
I hope everyone enjoyed there day..

Watching the parade(recorded) and watched the Westminster dog show. Everything is ready to pop in the oven, it’s just the two of us anyway

Deb – we got most of the tree put together only to find out that it was missing like 5 pieces and without those you couldn’t get the rest of the tree together. It IS pretty AND big, tho.

Have the baked ziti in the oven right now. As soon as the cheese melts, we’ll eat. I’ll just heat up the rest of the garlic bread that I have.

Happy Thanksgiving. I am up dressed and checking in with all of you. DH set up this laptop for me and learning how to use it.
Not a lot planned today. Going to be cold 22 now and only to get up to 38. Atleast no snow yet.
Watching the Marcy's parade and going to put up Christmas sruff inside.
Tracey--love the snowman. I bet they will sell.
Take care and thank you for being here.
    Blessings, Vicki GRAND ISLAND,NE <3

Shoot- I totally forgot about the parade until I just saw your post. I usually watch it, or at least part of it.
Was busy cooking all morning and never thought about it. Oh well.
Spent just over 3 hrs cooking. Only three of us ate-son's girlfriend isn't feeling good. She was ok at her house when they ate with her parents but started feeling sick right after that. She is here laying down.
Dh ate but never said anything- no thanks or what ever. Got most of the left overs(and there are a lot) while he naps. Have the bones simmering for some turkey broth for some soup tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will start decluttering the living room so I can get the tree up- wonder how it will go with the three new kittens. This is their first Christmas. Haven't had much trouble with the other cats in years past, except the one who loved to chew on the fake berries- Sadly Umaku passed away in April.
Hope to have the outside and inside decorations all done this weekend or early next week.

Going to mom's next weekend to make some candy.
won't be making as much this year. I won't be staying up super late to make all the extra treats just to have them sit around here.

sorry it is missing pieces. Is there any way of making your own out of clear plastic(and put that side in the back?

Lanette: Have you had any benefit from Nioxin. I have thin hair and do believe it has helped over the years. I have been with one hairdresser around 9 years. He likes to read and we discuss what he is reading.

Barbie: The Authenticity Project sounds interesting!

PIPCD: I am either going to get a pottery bench or cart with wheels for my plants!

Heather: Were you and John able to paint on Wed morning?

Carol: I hope your DH is feeling better. I motored over to Madison GA for a get away at a B&B there. I enjoyed it.

    Rosilind: Welcome!

Annie: Glad you are feeling better!

Lisa: I am sorry you are in such pain and your mobility is limited. I hope this new ortho has some treatment ideas.

My first car was a Chevy Cavalier and then a Pointiac Grand Am and then several Honda Accords. We purchased a disability van with the ramp and wheel chair lock. When I sold this I got a used Rav4. I am happy with the Rav4.

My doctor also gave me the all clear on doing yoga despite having osteoporosis. I find venting does help and I miss my DH dearly because living alone there is no one to vent to. At this stage i guess there is less to vent about. Retired, son is grown..I am grateful for all my husband gave me in this world. I miss him dearly.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    Best,
    Rosemarie from GA
