Newbie

Hello! I'm new to the site. My name is Dana. I joined the site because I recently started a morning exercise program and I wanted to keep an eye on my calorie/protein/sugar intake.

I've always been athletic and active, and only recently made it to a healthy weight. I'm 5'7 and 28 and I've weighed about 120 for most of my adult life. I currently weigh 130. I'm having a terrible time with it because I'm very used to being skinny and now I feel like a lardo, even though I'm just healthy. I don't want to dive into a not-eating binge and am trying to surround myself with positive thinking. Anyhoo, I hope to make some fitness friends here!
