Day 1

I have decided to finally stop procrastinating and get myself back in shape. I am looking to lose around 150 lbs. Any tips or suggestions? How about workout videos? What keeps you motivated?

  • I watch what I eat. Just try to make healthier choices...I do one work out video. It is a sad 1980's ab tape by Denise Austin that you can only get on VHS. lol (I had a friend convert it to DVD). But it WORKS. I do the treadmill at the gym. I do not run...I walk at an incline. Today I did a 21% grade at 3.5 mph for 35 minutes. I burn more calories walking at an incline then at running AND it is better on your knees, etc. Motivation? Proving my husband wrong. :)
